The Control Card
The Pipeline Commercial card allows you to limit purchase quantities and draw up a list of authorized products thus giving you a better control of costs. What’s more, you will have peace of mind knowing that, to access the network, each card has its own PIN (personal identification number) and electronic access to information is protected by a password.
A Multipurpose Card
Thanks to electronic invoicing, information regarding your transactions can be sent to you weekly and even daily. You will then be in a better position to manage your operating costs, while still considerably reducing management time and your administrative costs since your data is sent electronically.
From an electronic file designed for your use, you have the option of creating your own invoice summaries via a simple sorting of the raw data provided. You can thus create:
- A customized summary of transactions
- A summary per amount of purchase, taxes and volume in litres
- by card
- by driver
- by location
- by network
- by product.
At the same time, it will also be possible for you to import this raw data and integrate it into your own internal management system. This procedure will allow you to have an overall management of the costs related to your fleet; several of our customers have already opted for this efficient operational tool.
